We have quality facilities, so that all our residents can feel at home and be at ease, without having to leave the care home or get someone in. All rooms are fully furnished, and all meals, drinks and snacks are provided. We also provide bed linen, laundry services, free Wi-Fi, and all rooms have their own TV licence. Fees are based upon an individual's dependency level, a full assessment of needs is carried out prior to admission to ascertain what level of fees apply.
As a guide our fees range from £875 to a maximum of £1065 per week.
At our dementia care home in Lincolnshire, our rooms are fully furnished but you are permitted to bring your own furniture as long as it passes our fire risk assessment policy.
Personal items are insured up to a maximum value of £1000 so it is recommended that anything of a higher value should not be brought into the home. If you wish to store away safely anything of value under £1000 we can secure them in our safe.
Our staff are the key to our success in providing great care, so investing in them is our priority. All of our staff have personal development programmes to ensure that they maximise their full potential.
We have staff who are “Champions” in the company who are dedicated to improving particular areas in the home, such as Dementia, Infection Control, Tissue Viability and many more areas. Our champions monitor, assess and suggest ideas for improvements making sure that we are doing everything possible to be the best we can in everything we do.
In the unlikely event that a resident wishes to leave our home the required termination notice to be given is 4 weeks. The same applies to the notice the home is required to give to the resident.
Fees for care are payable in advance and invoiced 4 weekly. Our preferred method of payment is by standing order, however we also accept, cheques, card payments and cash payments.
