Our team is headed by , registered manager, and ably assisted by our administrator Louise Shaw. Together they have a number of years’ experience in the care industry and head a qualified team of staff whom have worked at the home for a number of years.
Sutton Lodge is set back from the main Station Road, the front offers ample car parking spaces; the home backs on to detached residential bungalows at the back. The serene well-maintained gardens at the back offer a wonderful setting for sitting in the southerly facing sun; a koi pond, flower beds and aviary together with a decked patio area for BBQ complement the beautiful gardens.
Staff Training & Development
Our friendly caring staff undergo on-going staff training and development. Sutton Lodge has been actively involved in the Care Homes Project, whose aims are to deliver a proactive patient management approach to residents within Care Homes.
This had led to our Home having regular weekly GP ward rounds where our residents see the same doctor every week. This has enhanced the continuity and quality of care our residents receive and led to the Home being able to access the services of other Healthcare professionals such as St Barnabas Hospice at Home who regularly visit our residents.
